LVRB Kicks Off 2026 with Record-Breaking General Manager Meeting
The energy was electric this week as Lehigh Valley Restaurant Brands (LVRB) hosted its first General Manager meeting of 2026. Setting a tone of camaraderie and team spirit, GMs from across the region arrived sporting their favorite sports jerseys, symbolizing the “One Team” philosophy that unites the Red Robin and Wingstop brands under the LVRB umbrella. This gathering marked the company’s largest meeting to date, bringing together 20 Red Robin General Managers and 19 Wingstop General Managers. The record attendance served as a powerful testament to the group’s recent expansion and its ambitious trajectory for the coming year.
A Vision for the Future
After an engaging icebreaker, the day began with a stirring keynote from CEO Mike Axiotis, who challenged the leadership team with a clear mandate: “Own Everything and Build the Future.” His message emphasized personal accountability and the collective power of the team to shape the next chapter of LVRB’s success.
The focus on people and culture remained front and center. Chief People and Culture Officer Jodie Stetz, alongside Vice President of Operations TJ Arrowood, spoke passionately about the importance of excellent hospitality. They reinforced that while the brands may differ, the commitment to providing an unparalleled guest experience remains the bedrock of the organization.

Collaboration and Strategy
The meeting facilitated a deep dive into the technical and strategic pillars of the business, ensuring every leader is equipped for the year ahead. The accounting and IT teams provided essential updates on the systems and financial health supporting the restaurants, while the marketing team emphasized the critical importance of Local Restaurant Marketing to build deeper roots within the communities LVRB serves. After a catered lunch from Mission BBQ, the group split into brand-specific breakout sessions.
