2025 Year in Review: A Landmark Year of Growth and Expansion for LVRB

As 2025 comes to a close, Lehigh Valley Restaurant Brands is looking back on a landmark year defined by geographic expansion, operational excellence, and a deepened commitment to the communities it serves. From the heart of Pennsylvania to the bustling streets of Dallas, Texas, the year has been one of growth and excitement!

Expanding the Footprint: Texas and Beyond

One of the biggest headlines of the year was LVRB’s strategic leap into the Southwest. In a major move, the company acquired four franchised Red Robin locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. This acquisition marked LVRB’s first venture outside of Pennsylvania, officially making it the largest Red Robin franchisee by unit count with 24 locations. By welcoming over 200 new Texas-based team members into the family, LVRB proved that its culture of hospitality knows no borders.

Flavor on the Rise: New Wingstop Openings

While the Red Robin expansion made waves, LVRB continued to aggressively grow its Wingstop portfolio back home in Pennsylvania. The brand’s mission to bring “flavor to the people” reached new heights with a flurry of high-profile openings throughout 2025.

The year saw the successful launch of several key locations, including Harrisburg, Mt. Pocono, East Stroudsburg, Scranton, and the highly anticipated Columbia Avenue (Lancaster) site. These openings were further bolstered by the addition of brand-new locations in Norristown (West Germantown Pike) and Edwardsville (Gateway Shopping Center). Each new restaurant has quickly become a local staple, serving up Wingstop’s signature 11 flavors to a growing fan base.

Celebrating Our Heroes and Community

True to its core values, LVRB spent 2025 honoring the people who make our communities strong. The team created the “YUMMM-Town Heroes” program, which recognizes the tireless efforts of teachers, first responders, and healthcare workers throughout our service areas.

LVRB’s philanthropic arm remained equally active, supporting organizations like Wingstop Charities and continuing its long-standing partnership with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (Blood Cancer United). To date, the LVRB has raised over $2 million for blood cancer research, a testament to the generosity of our guests and the dedication of our team members.

Looking Toward 2026

As LVRB enters the new year, the momentum shows no signs of slowing down. With President and CEO Mike Axiotis set to serve as the Chairman of the National Restaurant Association for 2026, the company is poised to remain a leading voice in the hospitality industry.

Whether it’s through burgers in Dallas or a basket of Lemon Pepper wings in Norristown, LVRB remains committed to its founding principles: respecting our history, celebrating our team, and envisioning an even brighter future.
